Hello! I’m a LCSW passionate about guiding individuals through stress, grief, loss, trauma, anxiety, and depression through a trauma-informed lens. I blend talk therapy with bodywork and somatic practices to help you reconnect with your body and find healing from within. I believe in creating a safe, compassionate space where your story is honored, and you can explore the depths of your experience at your own pace. I have over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field assisting children, teens, and adults.
