I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania and New Jersey who is National Board Certified in Counseling. With over a decade of experience in private practice working with adults, families, couples, teens, and young adults. I work with individual needs that can include women's health, narcissistic abuse recovery, relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, stress and coping skills, issues related to identity/ self-esteem, peer relationships, social awareness, ADHD, issues with school and work settings. In addition to these services I enjoy helping people by providing relationship coaching, and parenting coaching.
In addition to my practice I am part of the teaching faculty at Graduate Department of Counseling Psychology at Rosemont College and Thomas Jefferson University. My certifications and trainings include ACT and ACT for Trauma, Ashtanga Yoga 200-hour certification, Mindfulness training, and Positive Psychology training.
I use a strengths-based approach and find meaning in helping my clients create a life they find fulfilling. I am appreciative of, and open to a therapeutic process that fits the individual. Therapy and coaching are not a "one-size-fits-all" journey.
