About
Therapy is a process of self discovery that helps you understand yourself and resolve difficulties in relationships with others. I have been working with adults, teenagers, families and couples for over 30 years. I treat depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. I work with many couples. I see people who have been neglected and abused emotionally. I work deeply and personally with each person/couple to understand their fears and pain. I do my work with great involvement. I am very easy to talk to. I provide a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere that enhances positive change and increased self-esteem.
I work with people of all ages. I have a particular skill with teenagers and young adults who are in transitions in their lives. I am certified in couples therapy. I also work with people who have experienced trauma in their lives, including major losses and life changes.
I care deeply about my work and the people I see. I feel this is a necessity for successful treatment.I go the distance to make change possible. I bring my own unique understanding of our struggles as people in this world.
