I can help you to reduce conflict, improve communication, and build connection. Whether you constantly have the same fight that never gets resolved, or you’re afraid to bring up anything at all due to worry about how your partner will react, couples therapy can help you to find a way forward. As a certified sex therapist, I address issues such as sexual incompatibility, desire discrepancy, performance anxiety, pain, sexual shame, and difficulty with orgasm. I help people to experience increased confidence, intimacy, and pleasure. I offer individual therapy, couples therapy / relationship therapy / marriage counseling, and EMDR.

I work with individuals of diverse sexual orientations and gender identities. I am knowledgeable about kink and BDSM practices. I have experience and training in working with non-traditional relationship structures, including consensual non-monogamy and polyamory.
