Codependency, Interpersonal, and Mindfulness Group
Are you a professional struggling with perfectionism, fear of failure, putting others' needs above yours, and just saying "no"? This on-going, weekly and open group format will integrate Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, a weekly codependency topic and the group process. We will explore communication barriers, relationship styles, boundaries, detachment, self-care and increasing self-esteem.
