If anxiety makes daily life feel overwhelming, if you have suffered trauma that makes you feel different or damaged and wonder if you can ever feel "normal" again, we can work together to help your brain and body heal. If your committed relationship has blown up due to an affair, or if you and you partner have grown apart, I can help. In 31 years as a therapist I have helped my clients to heal and find new meaning in their lives. Join me in the privacy and warmth of my home or we can create a safe place on line. I have been using EMDR since 1990, prior to my licensing, and I have recent extensive training through The Center for Excellence in EMDR Therapy. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and IFS. When working with couples I employ the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
In addition to offering traditional psychotherapy I employ other healing methods like hypnosis and guided meditation. Please reach out, knowing that you will be held gently and with respect.
