Adrianne Faye, 51574 I am committed to helping people work through their issues by actively listening to them and being a witness to whatever they need to work on. I provide an environment that is safe and free of judgment so that people can express their innermost feelings and learn about their authentic selves. I focus on depression, trauma, anxiety, transitions, relationships, grief, family, and couple issues. My approach is psycho dynamic. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Theory, EMDR, Gottman, and other couple and family training styles. I have a lot of experience, so I tend to be creative with different styles and skills.
I typically work with individuals who are high functioning and want to learn more about themselves, and work on improving the things that keep them stuck. I'm comfortable treating depression, anxiety, couple, trauma, relationship, and family issues. I create a comfortable, safe, and relaxing environment. The session is all about the client and their needs.
I enjoy witnessing their emotional growth, and happiness. The first part of my life I worked for success and money. In the second half of my life I decided I wanted to do work that was rewarding, and something I was passionate about. I love being curious about other people's lives, and can accept their pain.
