I’m well-versed in treating addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma, and LGBTQ+-affirming concerns. While I provide individual therapy for a variety of needs, I specialize in couples therapy, helping partners strengthen their relationship, improve communication, and better understand one another.
I offer both virtual and in-person sessions. My office is designed to be as comforting as possible: with a cozy couch, blankets, hot tea and coffee, and an empathetic, listening ear.
