I do this by aiming to provide a safe environment and empathizing with you. Sometimes we need the help from others, and I want you to know that it is okay.
My previous experience includes working with outpatient adults and youths, including incarcerated adults and youths, psychiatric hospitalized patients (18+), substance use, and children with behavioral problems. I am skilled in CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, and SFBT.
Whether you prefer in-person therapy in the comfort of one of our offices or choose to not leave the comfort of your own home, I also provide online therapy to meet your comfort level.
