I have a Master’s of Science in Professional Counseling and a Bachelor’s of Science in Elementary Education. I am currently pursuing my PhD in Human Services with a specialization in Mental Health. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist. I have been married to an Army combat Veteran for 24 years which has equipped me with vast understanding of military life. I am well-versed in working with individuals, families, veterans, adolescents, and couples.
I have authored 2 books geared toward adolescent issues. Once a troubled teen myself, I understand the many intricacies of merely "growing up". I changed my life for the better and I have developed many tools to help others do the same.
