Hi! Just a little bit about myself! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a passion for providing the utmost quality of services to individuals struggling with mood disorders, personality disorders, and relationship issues. I have been practicing in South Florida for over 16 years and received my Master's of Science Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. I have specific expertise in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and my extensive DBT training has been through Behavioral Tech, a training company founded by DBT’s creator, Marsha Linehan. I have also been privileged to receive training by Marsha Linehan herself in 2014. I also have vast experience working with people struggling with anxiety and depression.
I know this isn’t an easy step, and I can assure you, I will do my best to make you comfortable and feel heard.
