I am passionate about supporting individuals navigating symptoms of trauma, anxiety, codependency, ADHD, grief, and more. I believe that one's perceptions and stories about themselves and their environment can be the key to their mental and emotional state. Increasing acceptance, curiosity and distress tolerance, and taking a different viewpoint can unlock the secret to contentment. However, this is likely only truly possible after processing traumas and past experiences that have shaped one's conceptual point of view.
Through the use of humor, empathy, and understanding, I work to create a safe and supportive environment where you can feel fully comfortable to express, confront and process your identified areas of growth, perceived shortcomings, and most challenging experiences.
