I am a clinical psychologist and specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, perfectionism, identity development concerns, and major life transitions. Whatever brings you here, you'll be met with empathy, respect, and a commitment to your growth. I’m open minded, energetic, and kind, and provide a comfortable and structured environment, where meaningful change is possible. I have expertise in eating and body image concerns, including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, restrictive eating, chronic dieting, obesity, bariatric surgery, and medical weight loss.
Therapy with me is active and purposeful while also grounded in compassion. I use a process-based approach to tailor evidence-based interventions to individual processes driving a person's struggles. I am a certified cognitive behavioral therapist (BICBT-CC) and use interventions to address both behavioral symptoms and underlying emotional patterns.
Seeking therapy takes courage, and I believe recovery is not about perfection. It is about flexibility, resilience, and developing a healthier relationship with yourself. If you are feeling overwhelmed or stuck in old patterns, you don’t have to navigate it alone, I welcome the opportunity to see whether we’re a good fit.
