I have training in Eye Movement Desensitization EMDR and EMDR Sand tray based therapy.
My experience includes working with Adults having Anxiety , Panic attacks , problems with Attention Deficit Disorder and Adults that had experienced past traumatic events . I also have experience working with Children that have Anxiety , ADHD and behavior problems .
I am a Bilingual Therapist ( English-Spanish), I provide a Warm, Safe and Supportive environment in which all my clients feel welcome and supported. I use Cognitive Behavioral Interventions and I am trained in Trauma focused Cognitive behavioral Therapy.
