I enjoy working with people, help them process their trauma and/or hurt. I believe that if we are given the tools, we can approach life with a different perspective to create a better future with a healthier version of ourselves. My approach is personalized to indvidual journey. As your therapist, I want to walk with you while creating a safe environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions that can help you repair past hurt to move forward.
I am fully bilingual in Spanish and English. I have experience working with children and adults providing individual and couple counseling, including trauma-informed care with immigrant families, neurodivergency and Latino community. I use a Trauma-Informed Approach including TF-CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy & Mindfulness.
