In practice I use a pragmatic, results-oriented approach and am not tethered to one behavioral health modality. Rather, recognizing each patient has unique needs, I draw from many therapeutic approaches that best fit each patient. In my practice, I can quickly assess which techniques will work best to meet each client's individual needs to show patients that they can have the right tools to reach their optimal comfort level in their careers, families, and relationships. The goal is bridging the gap and finding the most productive pathway between where clients are and where they want to be.
My experience and training have been working with adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions and career changes. Additionally, I work with children from 6-12 who have difficulties at school or home setting managing their anger and communicating their feelings
