Hi, I'm Adriana! My name is Adriana Gonzalez and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Riverside, California, and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I am dedicated to serving adolescents and their families and specialize in treating anxiety, stress, and behavioral health disorders using solution-focused and family-centered treatment to help my clients make progress and start feeling better. I work to help my clients navigate these transition periods and to build the necessary skills to allow them to feel better about themselves and develop a more positive outlook on life.
have found that my style and approach are a good fit for teens and young adults who may be dealing with the challenges of life transitions, relationships, and social pressures. This often takes the form of problem behaviors, stress, anxiety, and depressive disorders.
My desire to help others who may be struggling to understand or cope with their own mental health issues is what attracted me to a career as a therapist.
