I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based out of Northern California and working with clients statewide via telehealth. For me, therapy is about supporting individuals to become the best versions of themselves. I work with adolescents and adults specializing in anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and trauma. My approach is client-centered and can vary based on the individual needs of the client. I typically use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with influences from Psychodynamic and Humanistic approaches.
I strive to help individuals understand how their past may be affecting them and gain the necessary tools to feel successful moving forward. My desire is to create a calm and non-judgmental environment where each client feels safe and comfortable discussing difficult topics.
I have found that I work well with adolescents and adults encountering difficulties in various stages of life. My work has been focused on treating anxiety, depression, life stress and transitions, and trauma. My focus is goal-centered working to help individuals increase their self-empowerment and navigate their world better.
