Relationship patterns in adults are formed from a very young age, each experience as a child impacts the future adult. Children and adolescents are very resilient and with the proper guidance can overcome adverse life experiences. Adults are also able to restore aftermaths and learn new life perspectives.
EMDR is a psychotherapy used to relieve psychological stress. It is an effective treatment for trauma and PTSD. This treatment is provided in a face to face modality (not Telehealth). Adults, children and adolescents can benefit from this psychotherapy. Youth can undergo rapid change and move in positive direction when this treatment is applied.
