You are not alone and I am glad you’re taking the initial steps in searching for a therapist that is a “good fit.” I am a bilingual (English/Spanish), licensed psychologist and certified Reiki Practitioner. I have over 25 years of experience as an individual and couples therapist assisting others navigate through life challenges or build on their inner strengths. I am also a certified Reiki practitioner and offer remote energy healing to enhance a person's ability to relax, reduce stress, and support the body's natural healing process.
I utilize a holistic approach to therapy by incorporating a variety of therapeutic techniques known to be effective in relieving emotional distress. I have extensive experience working with members of various faiths and spiritual communities, including those recovering from religious trauma. I also offer affirming care to members of the LGBTQ+ communities.
