Groups
Sistah Circle Support Group for Black Women
Sistah Circle is a 9-week, virtual psychotherapy group designed for Black women, femme, and female-identifying adults ages 25–65 who are seeking connection, understanding, and meaningful emotional support. Sessions are held weekly for 90 minutes and are guided by a licensed psychologist. This is a closed group, allowing trust and cohesion to develop over time.
