I support clients, especially individuals within the Latino community and senior population, in exploring who they are, navigating life transitions, and developing a more grounded and connected sense of self.
I strive to provide care that is culturally responsive and grounded in respect for each client’s lived experience. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish. Outside of my professional work, I spend my free time boxing, walking, traveling, reading, expanding my music library, and spending time with my loved ones, including my dog.
