Welcome! I want to thank you for taking the time to consider me as your therapist. I have over 15 years of experience within the field and have worked with many different populations throughout my career. I believe therapy should be a welcoming experience in which one feels safe, secure and understood. My main focus in therapy is for you to feel heard.

I tend to use techniques related to Client Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My clinical focus over the years has centered around anxiety, depression, grief, diversity issues and life transitions.

I aim to meet you where you are in each session and provide a safe space for exploration and healing. I believe we all go through struggles in life and sometimes an outside source can be what is needed to move forward positively.
