I specialize in working with couples on their relationship issues and take a differentiation based approach to helping individuals and couples resolve their conflict, increase their intimacy and work towards reaching their full potential. I offer intensive couples therapy, using multiple-hour sessions, including half-day (3 hour) intensives and a multiple-day approach which is particularly aimed at couples who wish to travel to the Omaha area. I am a board certified marriage and family therapist, so I take a systemic approach to working with my clients; specializing in helping partners work on their relationship. My intensive couples therapy approach helps couples to get to a deeper level more quickly and ultimately helps them move through the work on their relationship at a faster pace.
My goal is to assist my clients to identify their personal strengths and potential for positive change, to create new ways of seeing themselves, their relationships, and their world, and to help them develop coping skills that promote flexibility and an ability to live life to a greater potential.
