I specialize in working with Teens, dealing with issues such as poor body image, low self-esteem, social media habits, and pornography. I also have some experience with the LGBTQ community, who are either working through life transition or simply growing in self-acceptance.
By pulling from a variety of theories such as Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Experiential Therapy, Attachment theory as well as Solution Based Therapy, I'm able to individualize the best approach, so that together, we can create an actionable plan for you.
