About
I am Adrian Avila. I hold a License in MFT (#52279) to serve in private practice in California. My education includes a Ph. D. from Loma Linda University and M.A. from University of San Diego, both in Marital and Family Therapy, and a B.A. in Psychology with minor in Bio-Chem from San Diego State University. I have been in the psychology-therapy field for more than 23 years.
Everyone experiences emotional and relational challenges. Sometimes our conditions and causes can benefit from professional help. I believe in a therapeutic environment that is humanistic, collaborative, systems-oriented, and incorporates biological, psychological, social and spiritual dimensions, empowering a person/family toward achieving life at its best.
I offer a 30 min consultation to discuss if I am the best person to help you. If you are seeking a path to self-discovery and seek to grow as a person I can help in your success. I am currently consulting and researching organizational systems, particularly Family Business.
