I draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to your needs. For some, traditional talk therapy is the right fit. For others, I incorporate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a method that can be especially helpful for processing traumatic memories and restoring balance to your emotional well-being.
