About
Life’s experiences, past or present, can be difficult to navigate on your own. My goal as a therapist is to support you through your journey to discover your inner strengths, build resilience, and achieve personal healing.
My focus has been working with children, adolescents, and families experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders, as well as with parents who have concerns regarding their child's trauma, self-esteem, behavior, and the parent/child relationship.
You deserve to take time to prioritize your own well-being. I am interested in helping you live in the moment and be able to enjoy everyday life without the past, worries, or trauma haunting you. I look forward to walking alongside you while you develop strength and motivation to overcome difficulties and find healing.
