Hello! I enjoy working with adult and teenage clients on a variety of issues especially with life transitions, anxiety, relationship issues, self-awareness, and grief. My style is friendly, solution-focused therapy meant to empower people to realize their potential. I help by working with my clients on recognizing their goals, exploring how to reach them in a way that fits their lifestyle, and awakening their minds to how they can make a difference in their own life using their unique talents, beliefs, and abilities. I hold space for people to be honest, heard, and not judged.
I offer integrated therapy involving modalities of CBT, interpersonal, strength-based, psychodynamic, somatic, christian, mindfulness, behavior activation, and a humanistic approach. I individualize therapy to fit my clients. No two people are the same, so my therapy approach is not the same.
I am also open to people of all backgrounds and lifestyles.
I am kind, but realistic with my clients. My clients tell me that they feel like they are talking to a friend with a set of unique skills that encourage them to face their issues with a different perspective and awareness of how to achieve their goals within their lifestyle.
