There is wisdom within you that has helped you survive, and we will engage with that wisdom to guide us where to go and at what pace. I take an active role in this and you won't be alone. Learning how to connect and relate to yourself in new ways, you can write your own story, centered around what truly matters to you.
Creating a space where you feel seen, cared for and held with dignity is essential for healing to occur and is the foundation of my approach. I often bring mindfulness practice to this work and am also trained in Level 2 Lifespan Integration, a gentle, body-based therapeutic method which heals without re-traumatizing.
