I specialize in assessing people of all ages known or suspected to be on the autism spectrum and advocating for all individuals and their families who struggle with the challenges of accessing services. I am now performing in person ADOS-2 evaluations in both Tallahassee and Ocala. Having worked as an educator/therapist and administrator in the public and private school settings, I provide support and guidance by reviewing IEPS and 504 plans and participating in ESE meetings.
I am certificated to administer the ADOS- 2 for children and adults, assess and treat pragmatic language disorders, and provide social skills training for all ages. As a certified Hanen therapist, I educate parents on how to increase and improve communication skills across a variety of settings.
I work collaboratively with medical providers, mental health counselors, ABA providers, psychologists, as well as clinical and school therapists and representatives throughout the community.
