Hello! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Wisconsin with over 17 years of experience. I currently enjoy working with adults (18-64) through individual, virtual therapy. I'm trained in behavioral therapies but use an integrative and trauma-informed approach with clients primarily experiencing depression and anxiety. My other areas of focus include general stress management, parenting, relationship stress, adjusting to life transitions, women's mental health, family of origin issues, ADHD, and adoption.
