I am a born and raised Southern girl and now a recent transplant to Virginia. I'm a licensed clinical social worker in both Virginia and Georgia and have 22+ years’ experience working with children, parents, and adult women in various stages of life. My specialities include anxiety, depression, ADD, stress and parenting difficulties. I especially enjoy assisting women with meeting their treatment goals! Additionally, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I also offer EMDR intensives when appropriate.
