In my 30 plus years of practice, I have devoted most of my time to the treatment of adolescents and adults of all ages. I have particular expertise in the area of mood and anxiety disorders, eating disorders, chronic illness and headache disorders, as well as life transitions. As well as treating individuals, I also do parent counseling and marital therapy. My approach incorporates a blending of psychodynamic theory, cognitive-behavioral strategies and psychoeducation.
