I hold Certificates from The Center for the Study of Anorexia and Bulimia, where I am a supervisor; am a past president and current faculty member of the NY State Society of Ericksonian Hypnosis and Psychotherapy; and have supervised in the Graduate Programs for Mental Health Counseling and Clinical Social Work at Hunter College/CUNY.
My work is eclectic and I use different modalities, depending on your needs. For example, for chronic illness issues, I might work psychodynamically, and also use medical hypnosis. My work is always client centered, and a lot of my work centers around partnering with clients as we both find the right path for you that will elicit the right changes.
I am a Soto Zen practitioner, and a Tai' Chi Chih instructor, which is a Qigong infused moving meditation. Both inform my work.
