I began my career working in psychiatric unit and crisis units, psychiatric community homes, and currently working with children, adolescents, and adults addressing their mental health needs. Kristen Brady is a licensed social worker with over 15 years of experience working with children and families in various capacities. Her passion for enhancing the lives of children and their families has always guided her career, which includes serving as the director of mental and behavioral health programs, adoption specialist, educator, and clinician. She specializes in working with children and adolescents presenting with various mental and behavioral needs and their caregiving systems. Kristen believes in developing a safe, collaborative environment where your treatment goals lead the treatment journey.

Anna (she/her) received a master’s of social work from Rutgers University in the Addiction Counselor Training program. She is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the state of New Jersey. She has accrued experience working for several agencies in the state which treat adults seeking help for substance use, problem gambling, and co-occurring disorders, in both residential and outpatient levels of care. In addition to substance use, behavioral addictions, and co-occurring disorders, Anna also is proficient in other areas, including: depression, anxiety, adoption, and grief.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at The Women's Psychotherapy Center in Freehold, New Jersey. My aim is to create a peaceful and supportive environment where everyone feels safe to express themselves freely and seek the guidance they are searching for. I received my Master of Social Work degree from Rutgers University in 2011 and have over ten years' experience working with women and families. My professional experience includes working in a variety of settings such as hospice, nonprofit agencies, and residential settings fulfilling both clinical and administrative roles.

I have a diverse practice in which I work with adults, children, adolescents and couples who are struggling with a variety of different issues. These include depression, anxiety/panic attacks, relationship problems, school and behavioral issues, parenting challenges, ADHD, low self-esteem, stress, sexual orientation and gender identity concerns, struggles with spirituality, self-injurious behavior, adoption, dealing with medical problems, grief and loss, trauma, and coping with divorce and its aftermath. Matthew Chodosh is a New Jersey Licensed Social Worker with over 20 years working with a multitude of populations and ages. After several years working with an adoption agency, he moved into direct mental health care working with chronically mentally ill adults, along with substance abuse disorders and co-occurring disorders. For the past 17 years, he has been and continues to work in a local hospital as an emergency room clinician. Matthew received his Master's degree from Monmouth University in 2000 and utilizes his training on a daily basis. Using experiences and training he brings a down-to-earth, person-centered approach.
