I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, self-harm, body-image issues, grief/loss, and life transitions. I have over 10+ years working with kids, teens & young adults in school, church & the counseling setting. But I also find it an honor to meet with clients of ALL ages.
