Welcome to my Practice. I have been in private practice for 40 years. I have been providing Psychotherapy and Parent guidance and child Psychoanalysis. I specialize in adoption, trauma, depression and anxiety. Managing the pandemic has become especially needed as so of us many are facing Coronavirus related issues and difficulties that increase anxiety and depression. In addition to seeing patients individually, I provide consultation services to pre-schools, day care centers, grief support groups, teachers and social service agencies. I am available currently exclusively on Telehealth platforms and by phone.

Hello I am the Indigenous therapist for you. I am a licensed clinical/macro social worker with 20 years experience in the field of adult youth and family services. I specialize in generalized anxiety, major depression, PTSD, trauma, sexualtiy and/or gender exploration. Regardless of your cultural needs and expectations I will offer you the support and safe space needed for seeking treatment. For clinicians in the field working on full clinical lisencure. I also am a Supervisor for LMSW licensure both Group and Individial hours needed and offer a study group for the exam exclusively twice a month on Sundays.

Counseling is a process in which a counselor and client work together in a professional relationship to resolve concerns or issues that the client is experiencing and chooses to bring to sessions. It is my belief that the therapeutic relationship is purely client driven as you (the client) are the expert in your life. My theoretical orientation is diverse, I blend "Reality, Adlerian, Cognitive-Behavior, Gestalt and Client-Centered" therapy approaches to help clients maximize their self-awareness. I work closely with clients to assist them in increasing their positive thoughts/images in effort to promote efficiency in their overall thinking, coping and behavioral patterns.

Our group is trained in dealing with a variety of issues including: Attention Deficit Disorder, School Difficulties, Interpersonal Issues such as bullying, adult ADD and related issues, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Mood Disorders, Grief and Loss, Parenting, Educational Concerns, Relationship Concerns, Career and Work Issues, and Sexual Issues.

I am licensed as a clinical social worker (LCSW and LMSW) in the state of Florida and in the state of Michigan. I carry a strong background in psychology and social work at multiple capacities. I have a bachelors in psychology and masters degree in clinical social work. I have over 8 years of experience in a hospital setting, counseling backgrounds, inpatient facilities, case management, and therapeutic environments. I have worked with an array of populations and carry mental health experience in all ages.
