I recognize that everyone has their own unique needs and way of operating in the world. Sometimes this doesn't fit the world around us; sometimes that means helping to change the individual and sometimes that means helping to change the world. I hope to be able to sit down and listen to your experience and your needs. We all build our families with hopes and dreams for how we imagine life will be. Stressful conditions may influence depression, anxiety, and other psychological challenges. Life transitions, academic or work stress, family problems, or relational difficulties with a friend or significant other may trigger such distress. My psychodynamic orientation is relational, integrative, and informed by diverse realities such as culture, race, ethnicity, and gender. My approach enables clients to feel safe, understood, and hopeful in their journeys toward change while strengthening confidence, self-esteem, facilitating the development of effective coping and problem solving skills.

I’ve been a therapist for 10+ years doing individual, and couple's counseling; servicing those struggling with mental health, substances, and relational conflict. I also offer licensure supervision for agencies and individuals interning for a license in mental health counseling.

My greatest passion involves helping others to find peace, hope and strength within their circumstances. I am a LICSW with clinical experience working with couples with relationship difficulties, adults who suffer from anxiety, depression, PTSD as well as the effects of trauma. I have worked in Emergency residences for children and adolescents as well as mobile crisis emergency services. I also provided support to young parents and have worked in the child welfare system since 2016. I am familiar with attachment and loss especially within families involved in the court system (i.e. foster care/adoption).

Many clients who I meet with for the first time confess how scared they were to make the initial phone call and to set up an appointment. Usually after the first appointment they say they are glad they did. In today's culture, there are so many stressors and demands of everyday life that we often wind up taking care of others and sometimes find ourselves feeling overwhelmed, depressed, anxious and stuck. I have watched change and relief take place as clients meet with me over time and together we gain understanding and awareness of how to move forward.

I am adopted and better able to work with adoptees, parents of adoptees and adoption concerns. Since 2004 I have practiced in Beverly offering a safe environment for individuals, couples and families who wish to overcome harmful behaviors, addiction, and family strife.

Dr. Moseley is a Christian psychologist with nearly 30 years of experience in the mental health field with children, adolescents and adults. She has worked extensively with parents and children struggling with emotional and behavioral disorders and those with traumatic exposures. She treats PTSD, traumatic grief, Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, and ODD. Dr. Moseley specializes in Christian counseling, marriage & family therapy, (interracial couples, multiracial individuals, blended families, foster care/adoption) and individuals of Caribbean descent. She also works with issues around the transition to adulthood and career concerns.
