I provide individual therapy to adolescents and adults. I am known for creating a non-judgemental and down to earth environment, where we can work together to reach goals, manage stress and anxiety, create an empowering space and develop positive coping strategies. Ashti Mistry is an LICSW working in the field of perinatal health, anxiety, depression, navigating cultural identities, grief and loss. She enjoys working with individuals around a variety of life transitions or relationship issues. As a POC provider, she is uniquely situated to help those who identify as BIPOC.
