My professional training includes a Masters of Arts in Mental Health Counseling, with a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor license in the State of Kansas. Also, I have 125 hours of ADHD coach training from the ADD Coach Academy (www.addca.com). My counseling background consists of experience at a psychiatric residential treatment facility for adolescents. This process included; leading treatment groups and working with family systems. As well as, treatment of various disorders such as; bipolar, major depression, trauma, personality disorders, AD/HD, substance use, and behavioral conditions.
My niche is working with individuals who have experienced trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD and other various mental health diagnosis.
My belief is that no one should have to carry the burden of their negative experiences, through out their life. Everyone deserves a chance to be free.
