As a business owner and mom of 3, I understand the constant demands of life that can often leave us feeling overwhelmed. I have been a therapist for 14 years and love what I do! As a seasoned therapist, it is my passion to work with those who are struggling to keep up in this face paced world. I am knowledgeable about the continual new brain research that highlights the importance of creating a regulated nervous system.
As a play therapist, I have specialized training in working with children and families. I am also specifically trained in PCIT (Parent Child Interaction Therapy) and Theraplay (Level 1), which both help to improve communication, discipline, and a positive relationship between parent and child through in-the-moment parent training and coaching.
