The therapist-client relationship is unique and powerful, carrying with it the potential for profound meaning and change. I am continually humbled and inspired by the strength and resiliency of my clients. It is my goal as a therapist to meet you where you are at in life, join you in your healing process and help you experience a new relationship to yourself and to those in your life.
I enjoy teaching clients coping skills, stress management, relaxation, and mindfulness. I am trained in EMDR and have experience in treating trauma, substance abuse and mood disorders. I take great care to create a safe space for clients to heal. Another passion of mine is helping caregivers cope and thrive.
My work is attuned to the particular needs of my clients, whether they are individuals or couples. I look forward to the opportunity to speak with you about my practice, any questions you may have of me and the issues which have lead you to seek treatment.
