Many come to me for support in their sport or their lives, working through an obstacle getting in the way of their success - whether that is an injury, a lack of confidence, difficulty focusing, or more general mental health issues like depression and anxiety, affecting their ability to fully engage in what they love. Others may be retired from their sport or perhaps just really value exercise as a major component of their identity and want to connect with someone who gets that. My clients love to set goals and put in the work. Where ever you're at, you know you want to improve and you're willing to do what it takes to get there.
In my sport psychology practice, we will work together as a team to develop the mental skills you need to be successful. I get that sport (and life) happens outside of the office. The unique, multi-dimensional way in which I work with clients will allow you to have access to outside of session support to help keep you on track and aligned with your goals.
