Anxiety & OCD take many forms. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (including ERP, I-CBT, ComB Model) to address OCD, GAD, Social Anxiety, phobias, Health Anxiety, Panic Disorder, hair pulling, skin picking, among others.
