Living on planet Earth right now is an intense experience for many of us. I work with clients looking for a holistic approach to addressing personal issues, such as navigating life changes and transitions, painful relational patterns, and trauma (including acute and complex childhood trauma). I support individuals in learning tools to utilize the wisdom of the mind-body-soul connection to access a greater sense of ease, clarity, groundedness, and cultivate the capacity to enjoy supportive relationships.
In our work together, I will tailor your sessions based on your needs and goals. I will combine counseling, somatic experiencing (SE), and hypnotherapy techniques that are informed by the polyvagal theory, to support your nervous system regulation. This will allow you to navigate your own mental and emotional experiences with greater ease and clarity.
