I help children, adolescents, and adults in a relaxed atmosphere. I have expertise in relationships, depression, and anxiety. I treat bipolar disorder, panic, abuse, hoarding, and obsessive compulsive disorder. Consultation with teachers and schools. I have an innate ability to connect with children and teenagers.
I use cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, proven as the most effective therapy. This increases positive, realistic thinking while reducing negative, fear-based thoughts.
