Our clinicians are carefully selected and specifically trained in family systems, relationships, child development, challenging behaviors, trauma, attachment issues, emotional challenges and neurodevelopmental concerns. We offer an integrative trauma-informed approach, where healing is noticed through EMDR, Play Therapy, Gottman Method, ACT, CBT and DBT.
We integrate neuroscience and the mind-body influence throughout our approach, where you begin to see changes in your relationship with yourself, within your relationships and manage life stressors.
