I am a classically trained couples therapist (Licensed Marriage and Family therapist) with an B level certification in Emotion Focused therapy (EFT). EFT is an in depth empirically validated attachment based couples treatment. I also have training in the Gottman method for treating couples. I currently supervise 6 resident therapists in their practice.
As a military spouse I am familiar with the unique circumstances of military families. I utilize CBT-I for those struggling with Insomnia. I offer specialized services for per-marital therapy, marital enrichment, and coparenting including Prepare and Enrich. I also offer Gottman assessments, and have experience performing assessments for HRT.
