I have a passion for helping couples navigate through relational issues. I have previous experience working in community mental health, crisis services, private practice as well as in the child welfare system. I have completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I am trained as a PREPARE/ENRICH facilitator. I have completed PSI Perinatal Mental Health 2-Day Certificate Course and Perinatal Mental Health Advanced Psychotherapy Training.
I specializes in marital issues, depression, anxiety, crisis management, stress management and relationships. I utilize Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment work, Strength Based Therapy and Structural Therapy.
